Diverse nature in Egersund unfolds itself just around every corner – you don’t have to search long to find you perfect spot! A variety of hiking and cycling paths await for you to discover.
Varberg is one of the most popular areas for a short trip that provides a magnificent 360 degree view over the city center, harbor and the district. It is an easily accessible attraction suitable for all age groups. Other sites of interest that can be reached on foot or by bicycle from center (you can rent a bike at Tourist Information):
- Vannbassengene (‘water pools’) – huge recreational area
- Elverhøy park
- Trollpikken (several options from center, can be combined)
- Lindøy batteriand Kontrari-toppen
- Fotlandsfossen (waterfall)
